Planning in Action

Most Financial Planners focus on investments or insurance. Speaking with you 1-2 times a year giving you an update on markets or the latest insurance product to purchase. However, proactive planning is an action that is resulting in progress being made.

Examples:

  1. Strategic Tax Planning
Evaluate short-term rental properties and equipment purchases as potential tax strategies in coordination with trusted CPAs and tax attorneys.
Conduct a comprehensive review of your lifetime tax projection, identifying current state and federal tax credits and deductions that may be available.

  2. Customized Investment Portfolio Development
Design a personalized investment portfolio aligned with your goals and risk tolerance.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on how to implement the strategy using online platforms.

  3. Estate Planning Coordination
Partner with a vetted estate planning attorney to ensure your estate documents are up to date.
Ensure all accounts and properties are correctly titled in accordance with your estate plan.

  4. Business Financial Review
Analyze your business cash flow statements to uncover opportunities for tax-advantaged benefits.
Collaborate with Third Party Administrators to implement customized retirement and benefit plans.

  5. Insurance Risk Management
Review your homeowner’s and auto insurance coverage for potential gaps.
Coordinate with a Property & Casualty insurance agent to secure adequate umbrella liability coverage for comprehensive protection.

We outline in the plan what areas need to be improved and agree on next steps together. Then we implement these action items, at a high level, to get the desired outcomes.
